Lazy Bug Chronicles: foodpanda x Wild West Roadhouse Grill

Being on the go all the time is exhausting. Just facing the crazy Manila traffic could take a toll on anyone. And when I have no schedule for the day, I make sure that I just stay at home. However, the downside of being at home is that I have to cook my meal and there are times when I am not in the mood to do so. Thank goodness though for reliable food apps like foodpanda who a few months back partnered with Wild West Roadhouse Grill and spoiled me with some of its mouthwatering dishes.

Hello, Wild West Roadhouse Grill.
I usually prefer to eat out instead of having something delivered as I get to enjoy my food warm and I get to feast on a beautifully plated dish. However, when the lazy bug bites, there's no escaping it.

foodpanda has been my partner in crime whenever I feel like staying in and not doing anything. With its easy to navigate interface and the fact that it keeps you updated on when your order will arrive, it has been my go to app ever since I became a "strong independent lady".
A few months back, I got spoiled once again by foodpanda with a complimentary lunch from Wild West Roadhouse Grill. I was given Loaded Wild West Chips (PHP320) and Grilled Pork Belly (PHP295, Lone Ranger).

Though I prefer to dine in Wild West to enjoy complimentary unlimited peanuts, you can also request for a bag or two, free of charge when you have it delivered!
I liked that the tortilla chips are light and apt as starter. To avoid it being soggy, they separated the toppings from the chips. I noticed though that they scrimped on the melted cheese, bacon, ground beef and jalapeƱos; giving the whole dish a very thin (not so loaded) layer of toppings. Nonetheless, the chips were great too with the sour cream dip! Make sure to eat this fast as the chips get stale in an hour or less.
The Grilled Pork Belly was good though. Each bite was tender and flavorful. I also enjoyed it with the fresh vegetables and Wild West Rice. It's best enjoyed with vinegar for that delectable tangy kick.
Overall, it was one filling meal for one. Thank you, foodpanda and Wild West Roadhouse Grill
