Summer Barbecue Party: The Plaza

The summer heat this year is unbelievably insane! We are now hitting highs of 37 degrees Celsius and that's even different from what we're actually feeling which is about 5 degrees higher. But one thing that could make the sweltering weather bearable is The Plaza Catering's mouthwatering barbecue spread!

Hello, The Plaza
The Plaza is known as one of the most reputable catering services in the metro. Having hosted the likes of Pope Paul VI, U.S. President George H.W. Bush, Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi as well as local stars like Vilma Santos and Susan Roces, it wasn't surprising that The Plaza turned into a household name. And over 50 years later, its brand is a strong as ever.
This year, The Plaza developed the perfect summer barbecue spread perfect for events and parties.
But before you go and say that it's just the usual grilled meats which you've had here and there, let me tell you that The Plaza's spread offers a lot more and is bound to satisfy all kinds of appetites and cravings.
This American-style barbecue is filled with impressive grilled meats which are beautifully complemented by:
Heavenly seasoned and grilled Beer Can Chicken
The creamiest mac n cheese I've had! (You could also customize it by adding your favorite cheese and go crazy with it.)
Beautifully cooked salmon in four kinds of rubs
And of course, desserts like this to die for s'mores brownie and apple crumble.
I had to top my apple crumble with some Fruits in Ice Cream frozen custard!
I also went crazy with The Plaza's Swizzle Mobile Bar which serves spiked drinks!
Both Fruits in Ice Cream and Swizzle Mobile Bar can be added to the summer barbecue menu upon request. But you don't even have to think about it as these are absolutely perfect with The Plaza's line up!
