Christmas may be over but the gift giving spirit is here to stay. And with our culture having an extended holiday celebration, there are still late Christmas parties and gatherings here and there to attend to. For those who had no time to shop for presents, Marks & Spencer got your back.
Hello, Marks & Spencer.
Marks & Spencer has always been a reliable brand for those last minute impressive gifts. From its fragrant body care products, comfy garments and mouthwatering snacks, each and every present I've bought here are well appreciated.
This time around, Marks & Spencer launched a wider selection of Holiday food line that delighted the foodie in me.
We started off with some light snacks perfect as wait baskets in gatherings. Fizz & Sparkle Winter Berries and Prosecco Handcooked Crisps (PHP235/bag) are must try snacks! Who would have thought that your favorite bubbly can be turned into these delightful crunchy treats? I'm just not too certain with its availability now as I couldn't get hold of some bags myself when I passed by Marks & Spencer last week.
Nothing beats Fruit Cake as a symbol of festivities but another treat worth checking out and could also serve as excellent table piece is this Belgian Milk Chocolate Tree (PHP1,595). Surround it with other festive cookies from Marks & Spencer and kids of all ages, including kids at heart would be more than glad to feast on these goodies.
Savory small snacks such as Goat's Cheese and Rosemary Bites (PHP225) and Cheddar Cheese & Roasted Onion Bites (PHP225) could be your best bet for pass around. Crisp and lightly flavored, it will definitely whet your guests' appetites!
If you prefer something heavier, Marks & Spencer also offers raviolli and mac and cheese which are both superb! Tasty and easy to prepare, an unbeatable formula.
Though most of these items are available at Marks & Spencer branches, some are limited to Marks & Spencer cafe for proper storage.
Make sure to grab a cup of coffee when you drop by its cafe!
