I love all sorts of cookies--from the commercially produced ones to the gooey batches you get from home bakers. Lately, I've been obsessed with the latter and would often find myself grabbing a few at food fairs. I was given a jar of Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (PHP250, 19 pieces | PHP150, 9 pieces) during one of our eat ups and I was told by my fellow foodies who sampled some that it was yummy. I wanted to try mine with milk so I resisted the urge to open my jar till I get back home.
And it was indeed great!
These soft cookies had the perfect level of sweetness. Each bite had this rich peanut butter taste that would remind one of Reese's chocolates. The slight salty flavor made me hooked and I could easily finish a jar in one sitting!
