Butter and Cheese Creations is an online cake shop owned by Christine Tan, a pilot mommy who has a knack at baking delectable cakes. She decided to pursue her passion for baking during the pandemic. Her current menu of cakes includes red velvet cheesecake, carrot cake, caramel custard cake, super fudge chocolate, mud cake, and ube cake.
I was lucky to try its crowd-favorite red velvet cheesecake two weeks ago. I was expecting a 6-inch cake. But I was so surprised that it was a massive 9-inch yummy goodness. And a heavy one at that.
It may look simple, but one bite will make you think otherwise.
This cake was baked with passion as each mouthful was oozing with jaw-dropping richness from cream cheese and cocoa. The not so thick icing was divine too!
What I loved best about this cake is that it had the perfect level of sweetness. I didn't find it cloying at all and could eat two large slices in one sitting.
