Taiwan in Manila: Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea

I am a big fan of milk tea. I always lose the ability to say no whenever someone asks me if I'd like to go for a milk tea run. But lately, due to slower metabolism and fats crawling and hibernating in places such as hips, belly and other parts you wish would never turn lumpy, I try to avoid sinkers and go for healthier alternatives such as fruit teas. And thank goodness for Yi Fang!

Hello, Yi Fang.
Yi Fang is the newest addition to the ever growing brands of milk tea in Manila. But one thing that sets Yi Fang different from other players is its use of real fruits!
It all started with a young woman named Chen Jian (nicknamed Yi Fang) created fruit tea made of overripe pineapples turned pineapple jelly for her husband. Well-loved, it became a hit in Taiwan. Its success is attributed to the exact same fruit tea recipe you'd get today, which is made with love and care.
On my first visit, I was lucky to enjoy Yi Fang's opening promo where you get two YiFang Signature Fruit Tea for the price of one. I got large (PHP120) and shared the other with R, both at 50% sugar.
I was so excited to take a sip after seeing that our drinks were packed with fresh fruit slices. And true enough, each sip was bursting in fruity flavors. The sweet taste of apple and the citrusy flavor of orange made this a great thirst quencher.
On my second visit, I went with Wintermelon Lemon Juice (PHP90, medium | PHP105) at 30% sugar and it was great too!
What I loved about Yi Fang is that its fruit tea drinks are sweet yet refreshing at the same time making it a perfect beverage to go with any meal or snack.
I also received a customer loyalty card where I could get a free drink on my 10th stamp. And upon checking, they now have a branch in BGC. I think I could easily complete it then.

Yi Fang is located at 3rd Floor, Ayala Malls the 30th, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.
