Monday, February 19, 2024 A Real Life FASTPASS for PSA Certificates

No one enjoys lining up for anything. Even a trip to Disneyland can be a downer and miserable if you have to queue for everything. This is why Mickey and Friends came up with FASTPASS. And thank goodness that there's something similar to FASTPASS for those who want to get their PSA certificates.

I have used PSAHelpline numerous times since I started working on my own passport renewals and visa applications.

Its user-friendly web interface made ordering PSA certificates a breeze. All you need to do is to put in all the necessary information and delivery details. After submitting the completed form, you get a reference number for your order. Then, you can settle the payment online (through Visa or Mastercard credit cards, PayMaya, GCash, Bayad Online) or over the counter (through 7-Eleven, Bayad Center, Palawan Pawnshop).

If everything is okay, you can get your documents within 2 to 3 business days.

PSAHelpline also guarantees that your information is safe as they do not release documents to anyone unless it is an authorized requester. Unlike other PSA services I've tried that would, without any hesitation, leave documents to the office receptionist or condominium lobby, PSAHelpline would opt to redeliver instead if the requester is not around. And fret not if your documents got tagged as failed delivery. You can call PSAHelpline customer service at (02) 8737-1111 and request to have your documents delivered again.

And if you have an erratic schedule, you can opt to have your documents picked up instead at a National Bookstore branch near you. Yes, you read that right! PSAHelpline partnered with National Bookstore as a pickup option for those who could not receive their PSA certificates personally. With this, requesters can get their certificates when their schedule permits. All they have to present is a valid Government ID.

If you want a safe, reliable, and fast way to get your PSA Certificates, try
